Gift Vouchers

If you are having trouble choosing a book for someone, or need a present in a hurry - have you thought about a gift voucher from Apple Green Books?

You can select from a traditional printed gift voucher, which we will send to you or the recipient using Australia post (please allow 2-5 days for standard post delivery), or you can select an electronic gift voucher (eVoucher) which we will email to you as soon as we process your order (please allow 24 hours for delivery).

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

1. On our website, add the items you would like to order to your shopping basket.
2. When finished, click the Display Shopping Basket link in the right-hand column. 
3. At the bottom of the shopping basket, enter the voucher code shown on the front of your gift voucher in the 'Coupon Code' field, and click Redeem Coupon.
4. The amount of your gift voucher is deducted from your shopping basket.
5. Proceed to checkout, and pay for any outstanding amount.

Note: If you do not use the entire amount of your voucher in one transaction, we will email you a new electronic gift voucher for the remaining amount, which you can then use for a later purchase.   

What denominations are available?

You can purchase gift vouchers in the following denominations - $10, $20, $50, $75, $100.

How long are they valid for?

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Are there any delivery charges for gift vouchers? 

Delivery is free when purchasing gift vouchers - please select 'Gift Voucher Only Delivery' as your delivery option in your shopping basket to ensure your free delivery.

Can I use the gift voucher in more than one transaction?

Yes. If you do not use the entire amount of your voucher in one transaction, we will email you a new electronic gift voucher for the remaining amount, which you can then use for a later purchase.

Can I use the gift voucher to cover delivery charges?

Unfortunately no. The gift voucher can only be used to purchase books and other merchandise from our website. You cannot use any amount of the voucher to cover delivery charges.  

Do we accept Australian Booksellers Association gift vouchers?

Yes, of course. If you would like to use an Australian Booksellers Association gift voucher, please email us at hello@applegreenbooks.com and we will let you know how you can redeem your voucher in our online store.
