When you place an order with Apple Green Books, we will send you an order confirmation. Please check this order confirmation, and contact us immediately if there are any errors or changes.
Note: You cannot cancel or change an order once the order has been shipped.
Most items shown on our website are in our store, and are shipped to you as soon as possible. If an item is sold out or if there will be any delay in shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible. Once notified, you can then nominate to either cancel, change or continue with the order.
All our prices are based on the recommended retail price for each item - they are never inflated!
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
We are not responsible for any levies, taxes or charges that may incur in other countries on receipt of orders that are shipped outside Australia.
If the book you are looking for is not shown on our website, we will be happy to place a special order for you. Please email us at email@example.com and provide as much information about the book as possible. We will let you know cost, availability and delivery time before you confirm your order.
Payment by credit card or PayPal
We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa credit cards through the eWay secure shopping facility (default) or PayPal. We will charge your credit card at the time of order. We do not charge an additional fee for using credit cards.
If you would like to pay by PayPal, but do not have a PayPal account, create an account at www.paypal.com.au/au.
Note: All payments are made in Australian Dollars. For orders outside Australia, you may be charged an additional charge for conversion to Australian Dollars, please check these additional charges with your credit card provider.
Payment by direct deposit
We accept payment by direct deposit our bank account. When you place an order, we will send details of our bank accunt in your order confirmation. We will ship your order as soon as we receive full payment.
Payment by cheque and money order
We accept personal cheques, bank cheques and money orders, however when paying by these methods your order will only be shipped when the funds have been cleared to Apple Green Books. This may take up to ten working days.

Note: When paying by cheque or money order, please enclose a copy of your book order with payment and write your order number on the back of the cheque or postal order.
Items are returned to stock when payments are not received within seven days of the order being placed.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you want to return or exchange items in a order, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Apple Green Books has every confidence in the items that we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or an exchange.
To return or exchange an item, you must return the item to Apple Green Books in mint condition. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for items to be returned or exchanged. Apple Green Books will not be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred on dispatch of returned or exchanged items, except where an item is faulty. Items that are plastic wrapped cannot be returned if the plastic wrapping has been removed.
Note: Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the items received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.
Note: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for items which were sold at reduced prices as damaged or out-dated stock.
Missing or damaged items
Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after 7 days of the customer receiving the order.
While every effort is made that all items are dispatched in perfect order, we cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. If you do not receive an order within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days and return the item with labels and packaging. We will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock, we will offer you an exchange or a refund.
Note: If you request a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned items. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.
Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel all or part of an order, you must notify us in writing (email or fax) before receiving notification that we have shipped your order. You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
To cancel all or part of an order, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, your contact details, and your reason for cancellation.
If we receive your cancellation notification before we have shipped your order, we will immediately cancel your order, and refund your payment.
